The United States of America is falling behind on AI regulation measures. Our nation still lacks a single comprehensive federal law regulating Artificial Intelligence. AI policies, laws, and regulations will not stifle education; instead, they will provide clear guidelines for creating safe, equitable AI models. The Center for Democratic AI conducts comprehensive legal, scientific, and economic research to develop and promote detailed AI policies ready for implementation at the local, state, and federal levels.
Our policies center on three main mission goals: preserving the environment, protecting individual data and privacy, and supporting social equality and financial stability for all Americans.
