Center for Democratic AI is heavily involved in policymaking that addresses the job market and labor disruptions due to AI. We recognize that the future of work is changing, and along with it comes changes in employment, earnings, purchasing power, and long term financial health and stability.
Center for Democratic AI is addressing these issues on multiple fronts. On the larger level, we conduct economic, legal, and scientific research to draft policies that can address the systematic risks of AI, employment, and economic health. In the meantime, we created Career Engineer to give current job seekers and young professionals the necessary tools to navigate the current competitive market.
Career Engineer helps job applicants at every stage of their application process. Our proprietary helps tailor an applicant’s unique experience to ATS algorithms, helping them bypass biased ATS auto screenings. Career Engineer also gives exclusive access to industry contacts and drafts personalized outreach messages in seconds. Our spam alert notifies applicants about fake job postings, and our interview tool helps candidates prepare for role-specific interview questions, both behavioral and analytical.
